At Blastline Industries we strive to make our customers satisfied with all purchases. However, we understand that there may be reasons from time to time that could cause the need for a product return. If you must return a product, please adhere to the policy guidelines below.
We Will Honor Returns for Exchange or Refund Under the Following Conditions
The product must be shipped back within thirty (30) days of delivery date in the original packaging.
Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition.
The return must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
If the above conditions are not met, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Some Restrictions* on Product Returns Apply
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, it may qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Please Contact Us for additional information.
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not exchanged and are not damaged.
Shipping charges are non-reimbursable for returned items that are not exchanged and are not damaged.
Some products may be declared as Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable based on the return eligibility from the manufacturer. Customer will be notified by email when they want to return a product whether their product is non-refundable/non-returnable. Refunds will not be issued, and returns will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
How to Return an Order
Customers can submit a return request by logging into your customer account, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. Note that customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
Next, you will need to specify the Qty to Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. You also have the option to leave a comment.
After submitting the request, you will see the Return Instructions that you specified in your return settings and receive a confirmation email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
